Thanks for joining us for the 2015 Chequamegon 100
The Chequamegon 100 will be held on June 20th, 2015. There will be a 100 kilometer and 100 mile race. As always, there will be a required entry fee that is donated in full to the Chequamegon Area Mountain Bike Association. This years fee will be $55, with a target of raising $13,750 for CAMBA when we fill the event to the 250 rider capacity.
The course will follow the same theme from the previous two years, with additional small bits of new singletrack on Danky Dank as they are built.
Number pickup will be available Friday night, June 19th at Lakewoods resort, where a pasta dinner will be available. We will have day of number pickup available at Lakewoods resort on Saturday June 21st. Check out the registration page for more details on how to register.
There are 250 spots available for the event. This is total riders for both events combined.
Starting times will be 7am for the 100 mile, and 8am for the 100km. Event logistics will remain the same for 2015, with the rollout start taking place on Rock Lake Road, right across from Lakewoods Resort. The finish of both events will be at the Rivers Eatery in Cable.
We are proud to announce that we will have a formal timing system to add this year. The Chequamegon 100 will be timed with Webscorer, which will automatically post finishes and DNFs to the website, speeding up, and increasing the accuracy of the results list.
The Chequamegon 100 is a self-supported cycling event. Riders are expected to know their limits, and be prepared for their race, and anything that can happen to them while on the trail. We race on an open course, with no support on course, which adds to the challenge and allure of the event.
